Spencer Club EGM Resolution Passed
At last nights (20th Jan) EGM the club passed the following resolution:
"That the Spencer Club Management Committee be authorised to make such structural, contractual and other arrangements as the Spencer Club Management Committee shall consider appropriate to purchase the freehold interest in the land occupied by The Spencer Club at Fieldview, Earlsfield, SW18
This included authorization to enter into an arrangement with Battersea Ironsides Sports Club (BISC) to jointly hold the freehold of both clubs & to accept a grant from theLondonMarathonTrust (LMT) under the terms to be agreed".
