Spencer Greyhounds

The greyhounds played excellent matches. Jimmy was a really good runner down the pitch and hit the ball very hard into the goal. Erin did an amazing save in the last match. I did a lot of tackling and so did Charlotte. Louis did the biggest shot of the day and Emily did some great defending. We all did lots of good passing. We won one, drew one and lost 2.

Spencer Whippets

Blood dripping from my nose, sticks flying in every direction and lots of cheering voices in the air!!! We were called the Spencer Whippets, Noah , Millie, Amelia, Rory and myself. We played four matches, eight minutes each game against Tulse Hill and Dulwich. They were good, they had good skills, especially tackling. We did not win any of the games but we drew one! Our second match, 1-1. Noah was the man of the team for his skills and tackling, with out him we would have totally lost every game. Oh yes..my nose, I tripped over my brother Rory’s foot when we both trying to get the ball. I sat the last match out, thank you to Lauren for stepping in. I want to play more tournaments. It`s fun to play in different place.
