How to join

Adults

Our adult membership is very full, and we are only actively recruiting 1st and 2nd team level players and Goalkeepers of any level.  Please email hockey@spencerclub.org with the following information:

• Name
• Age
• Gender
• Preferred position
• Which club and which team you've played for
• Contact details, including a mobile number.

Full adult subs are currently £360, inclusive of match fees and training, making us one of the best value clubs in South London. We also fund members who wish to pursue courses in coaching, first aid, umpiring or sports administration.

We welcome all Goal keepers, and support them by arranging regular specialist GK coaching through the season.

Benefits of Membership
The club strictly controls the number of hockey members to ensure that all paid up members are able to train and play regular competitive hockey appropriate to their age and physical condition. All members can enjoy use of the bar and clubhouse, with sky sports and a big screen, at any time during opening hours, in and out of their playing season, and are welcome to bring guests. Members and friends of members can also hire Club facilities for parties and events.

All members can attend club general meetings and be involved in the running of the club by volunteering for one of the many positions available. Full senior members have a vote at general meetings, and junior members vote through their team representatives.

Hockey members who belong to another sports section at Spencer get 10% discount on both sections subscriptions. Apply to the Membership Secretary for further details.
